Then when the system was actually being installed, I had the pleasure to have Andrew coordinate the project, as well as the opportunity to work with both Shane and Dylan. Since the system was initially installed, there have been a number of times when I have had to call upon your team to assist me with various issues, many of which had more to do with the cable company I was dealing with than the actual system Synergy had installed. Some of these issues arose on weekends or evenings. Even during these “off hours”, I would email or text for assistance and always received prompt and helpful replies from various members of your staff. My home system is absolutely incredible, and I have had many, many hours of enjoyment from it. I am confident that I will continue to enjoy it and know that you and your staff will be there if any problems arise with it in the future.

I went with you for one reason and you guys haven't let us down! Our project was very complicated, and we were very worried that if things went down, you wouldn't be there for us - which is typical of owner/operated companies that are now popping up everywhere claiming to be experts in Home Automation. You guys not only did a great job on the install, and then patiently taught us how to use everything, but you were there when we pushed the wrong button or when things went wrong. I remember getting 11 emails over the weekend from you guys when our Netflix went down - all from different people within your organization. That's the sign of a great service company - providing truly great service! Easily said. Not easily done. I guess there's a reason you guys are pioneers in this biz. Keep it up!
